We are constantly monitoring the development and will of course follow rules and restrictions. Due to the special situation with Covid-19 while planning this conference, both the programme and the implementation might be subject to changes. We might down-scale the conference and are also looking at different digital alternatives in order to make the conference safe. Please, register for our newsletter if you would like to stay up-dated.
No. If you arrive by boat it is a walking distance from the harbour to the conference venue Clarion Wisby Hotel. If you arrive by air to Visby you can take a bus or a taxi from the airport. There will be busses for our excursion day, October 10.
This is the cancellation policy we have agreed on with our partner Resia Kongress.
If cancellation is made..
- By 27 August, 100% of the delegate fee minus a cancellation fee of SEK 500 excl. VAT will be paid back. If your registration fee has already been paid, it will be credited with a deduction of SEK 500 excl. VAT.
- In the period 28 August – 24 September, 50% of the delegate fee will be charged excl. VAT. If your registration fee has already been paid, it will be credited with a deduction of 50% of the delegate fee excl. VAT.
- After 24th September, no refund or reduction will be possible.
If the conference is cancelled by the organizers 100% of the conference fee will be paid back.”
If you cannot participate in the conference, you can transfer your registration to a colleague. The fee for transfer is SEK 225 excl. VAT. All changes or cancellations must be made in writing to email@example.com.
